My Coleslaw with a Citrus Twist
1/4 Organic White Cabbage, 1 large Organic Carrot, 1 large Organic Red Onion, 4 tbsp free range mayonaise, Juice of half an organic Lemon, 1 tbsp Fresh Organic chopped chives, good pinch of black pepper.
|Method:||Shred the cabbage and Red Onion into thin slices, grate the carrot and place all into a medium bowl. Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice and chives and folder until the vegetables are evenly covered. Add freshly ground black pepper to taste. Server straigh away or store covered in the fridge.|
